Native Oxalis in a pot!
Our little native Oxalis has a small tuber and bulbs that you can eat. This type of Oxalis loves to grow along with other plants in pots. Some varieties like to grow in lawns.

Rubbish.

Sunchokes are forever.
Sunchokes, or Jerusalem artichokes are pushing their way up through the soil. Once established they will give tubets for us to eat for years to come. The bed is strategically placed to reduce the harsh summer sun on what will be our berry bed.
