    The cold and the lack of sunlight is killing off the algae in the bioreactor. Ive added a solar garden light to extend the hours of light to see if I can pick it up a little.

    Nasturtiums

    Nasturtiums everywhere on the banks of the creek. The sharp, peppery taste of the leaves make them an excellent addition to any meal. In summer the seed pods can be collected and used as capers and are excellent pickled.
