    Yesterday’s harvest, last night’s dinner…

    Today’s Goosefoot harvest.

    In front of the dubious looking gardener is a whole mass of Goosefoot (Chenopodium album) which was harvested today. It’s a super nutritious, hardy weed that does well in a garden.
