    We’ll be running a workshop on July 20th. Participants will learn about teas, tisanes, infusions, and decoctions, and are required to bring a favorite tea cup and 100 grams of their favorite herb. Ticket prices are on a sliding scale, ranging from $30 to $50.

    A classic remedy for colds and flu, Yarrow, Elder Flower, and Peppermint makes for a potent brew. I like to tweak it with Sage as well. The effects of each of the herbs is discussed, as well as the best methods of preparation.
