Two of the reasons for our gardening success are Bach Flower Remedies and crystals placed in the right places. I won’t go much into the crystals (they have been used for their long term supportive role) in this post but will examine the gentle Bach Flower Remedies and how they can help your garden (which, of course, includes you).
The Remedies are so very helpful for people but have a pretty high up front cost (though once that hurdle had been ducked under, they work out to be extremely economical) so knowing that they are helpful for plants and critters too can ease the pain a bit.

Let’s look at some Remedies
The following BFR work as well for plants as for people Actually I’m sure they’ll all work.
Star of Bethlehem or Rescue Remedy to help prevent or alleviate transplant shock and shock from pruning
Mimulus to help them with the fear that comes before pruning.
Walnut to help buffer changes whether seasonal or locational.
Olive for sick plants to help them regain their strength and resilience.
Oak to give them strength to grow well.
They can also be used for gardeners
Mimulus for when you’re not sure and think you may do something wrong to a plant
Larch for the procrastination thst we all go through
Rock Water for when we want to achieve too much
Vervain for when we can’t switch off plans in our minds
Impatiens for when we want to rush everything
Holly for jealousy of others’ success in their garden
All of the BFR can be applied to the various aspects of our gardening life when those aspects take over our minds.
For plants, 4 drops on a cup of water, misted over the foliage, or applied to the roots of the plant. Applied to the end of branches that have been pruned. For we gardeners, 2 drops in a cup of water sipped slowly before, during, and after gardening .
