The window box heater is cranking out the heat!

I started really looking at building a ‘parasympathetic nervous system’ for the house, starting with fixing the window box heater. I’ll be posting a lot on that system as it develops. Eventually, it will perform some degree of cooling or heating whatever the season by itself.

Baby mushrooms

The mushrooms have started pinning, that means it won’t be long until were full of Blue Oyster mushrooms.

While I was out photographing bushfood plants so that I can update the bushfoods & bush medicines page, I found a grove of wild Quondongs and a good quantity of Boxthorn berries. The Quondongs are not ripe yet but I’ll get back there in a month and see what happens.
